1. Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

• Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)

• Personalized or custom-made products

• Digital downloads or gift cards

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
